Here the responsibilities includes technical counseling and application engineering at pre-enquiry stage, submission of technical bids, close co-ordination with equipment manufacturer and deputation of a team of engineers for project commissioning during water-runs and trial-runs with emergency spares.
After Sales Services :
Aum Industrials has a strong team of dedicated service engineers stationed in various parts of the country to offer positive Installation assistance to the end users. These engineers are well-trained in the art of Trouble shooting. Standards seals spare are normally available ex-stock due to scientific stock management.
Crisis Management :
Seal failures, whether be the reason, are attended to on a war footing. Odd spares are manufactured immediately and rushed to the site a senior application engineer for on the spot study.
Customer Support :
- Aum Industrials has realized that a thorough customer raining can avert mishaps and plant downtime. Therefore, major emphasis is given for in-plant training by senor engineers from Aum Industrials to provide practical knowledge to the grassroots level users.
- Aum Industrials organizes technical seminars periodically at various industrial centers in India and on invitation, at major plants. Complete technical documentation including maintenance and operating manuals are dispatched with the supply of every seal.
Repair & Maintenance :
- Aum Industrial Seals Pvt. Ltd. Contract Lapping Department has the capability to provide solutions to most Flat Lapping and Polishing applications. Our expertise is wide and varied and includes the lapping and polishing of Mechanical Seals, Automotive Components, Aerospace Parts, Medical Components, and Flat Injection Moulding Inserts to name but a few.
- We can process most types of materials to a specific surface finish and flatness using combinations of Aum’s Composite Lapping and Polishing Plates, Polishing Pads, Diamond Slurries, Diamond Suspensions and Lapping compounds. Matt lapped finishes can also be provided where required.
- Our policy is to provide cost effective solutions, and turnaround times to suit customer deadlines, as we are always aware that lapping is often the last process of a components manufacture. We repairs the chemcial Process Pumps, Centrifuges, Auto claves, Mixers according to client needs.
